few years ago I notice alot of strongman athletes doing there shirt sleeves like this

i don't get it? for more movement or mobility? when you're already wearing a short sleet T, so ???

isnt it obvious! Longer sleeves restrict the flow of blood and the proper nutrients to the arm that are crucial to any athlete!

To be honest, that is what softball players do around Tennessee, from little girls through college. They cut some lengths of ribbon and tie their sleeves up...
But hey, I ain't gonna suggest anything like that to that guy! :hello:

That's very weird.
I found myself doing this alot to for no reasonable explination. Any guy over 220 also seems to do it, like its a fat guy thing, I just find myself doing it as I psyche up for a big lift or something... strange.

I don't do that, but after I start sweating alot, I roll up my sleeves. I find that the sleeves stick to my arms and it really bugs me.
Playing basketball, I wear a tank under the Tshirt and once I start sweating, the Tshirt comes off. No sleeves to bug me.
