It's 315 for reps. I am down to a measly 284 and I'm competing the day before, but I want to pass this around. I want a powerlifter to take this cash. Check it out http://www.rxmuscle.com/articles/latest-news/1041-bros-vs-pros-battle-of-the-bench-press.html

Might only be for the bodybuilders invited. Oops. Not sure though. I don't even know what reps means so I have no interest.

Ben White will be one of the bodybuilding pros. He is a legit 600 raw bencher and a bodybuilder. It will have to be someone quite strong to beat him.

In his head to head with Johnny Jackson he hit 573 with a blast shirt. Strong, but not at the 600 level he was when powerlifting.

I used to get about 10 lbs out of mine, but I was new to shirt benching and didn't use it to it's full potential. hhahahhaaaa

I got 40 out of mine, but I became really proficient in it back in the day. I started in it at 210 and finished up at 260. It looked like a half shirt and used to cut my arms like razor blades.
