Just reminding everyone about the Fitness Expo and Scot Mendleson Classic on Jan 23-24 at the LA Convention center in Los Angeles California......come on down to our booth we are also gonna try and do a simple 225lb bench for the average joe to earn a Mendleson Classic tshirt.
