View Full Version : GOAL: 168 to 180 in 3 months.

At the moment I'm weighing in at 168; I'm about 6''0. I want to hit 180 in 3 months.

I'm getting used to going back to the gym again.
Currently, All I take is protein (mainly Nitrean), B-Complex, Fish Oil 5g daily, Multi-V, and Melatonin before bed, RESULTS, and jack3d pre workout.

I'm on what most will consider a dirty bulk but, I do have a quick metabolism so I believe it can work for me and still stay quite lean.
