I just started a different diet on Monday, and sure enough, on Tuesday I wasn't able to sleep a whole night. I usually go to bed about 10:30-11 and I used to wake up to my alarm at 7am. Now if I go to bed at the same time, I wake up at 430 or 5 on my own.
I feel energetic and fine, and I'm not any hungrier than usual on my regular diet.
idk if this matters, but I'm doing SS as my routine. I'm 6' 204 lbs. My diet macros are roughly 40p 40f and 20c with around 100-120g carbs and the rest protein and fat. Total calorie intake is roughly 2500-2700. I work out around 945am, and I eat breakfast then so I usually get a majority of my carbs then (25-40g).
Any thoughts or recommendations?
I don't remember have troubles sleeping when I was doing UD2.0
thanks in advance
