In high school I was in great shape, since then working 50 hrs a week has left me no time for the gym. This is my Diary to getting back into shape.
I also have a competition w/ a good buddy of mine who can be in better shape after 90 days.

My goal is to cut as much as I can with in 90 days... then Bulk Bulk Bulk. I am really only fat in my stomach.

As of January 1st My stats.

Stats:
I am 22 5'8 175lbs.
Body Fat Lbs 43.1
Body Fat % 24.6
BMI 26.9

over the past 15 days my progress is as shown.
170.4 LBS
Body Fat lbs 40.2
Body Fat % 23.6
BMI 26.2

My nutrition has been key here. I am averaging around 1600 Calories daily. My Fat is avg 35g protein intake is around 140g, and Carbs is avg 130g.
I have never ate so healthy before... ever.

As far as supplements here is a list:

I spend about 2 hrs at the gym 6 days a week.
1 hr weights
20 mins Cardio
15 Steam Room
15 Sauna
