Your body can't digest a lot of stuff (hence why corn shows up in your poo).
Don't get overboard with splenda intake and you'll be just fine.

im SURE itll be an acquired taste to most but once u get over it should be good stuff, thumbs up for ZERO calories!

I use hotsauce and other such type seasoning for flavor on a TON of stuff. Its great aon practically everything i eat, and its almost no calories
