1/2 celery stalk chopped fine
1 tbl sugar free sweet relish
1 hard boiled egg chopped you can just use egg white if want to keep fat low
mustard to make moist
approx 230 cals
6 fat if you use whole egg 2 if you use just egg whites

3 carbs
