Hey guys i just got back from the store and i picked up Muscel Milk powder, and im curious when i should have it before workout during or after. I got yogurt 15 protein frozen chicken 22 protein um cottage chesse 12, and milk. What eles should i get and is this a good amount of protein to have every day?
