Hi everyone, I've not been on here in over a year but i'm gonna try my hardest to reach my goals this year (get bigger).
I'm currently 5ft10ins and 145lb 22yrs old.
My training is:
day 1: chest and triceps (abs)
day 2: back and biceps
day 3: legs and shoulders (abs)
my diet is:
meal 1: protein shake
meal 2: 5 egg whites 1 whole egg and 3 turkey rashers
meal 3: 100g pasta and 1 chicken breast
meal 4: 1cup of rice and 200g mince beef
meal 5: 100g pasta and tin of tuna
meal 6: protein shake (before bed)
this works out to be around 3000cal a day and 200g protein. My body needs 1700cal a day to mantain the weight I'm at. I try to snack on cashew nuts and whole organic milk during the day too.
My question is do you think this is too much of a clean diet for a bulk? I've put on 5lbs since 1/1/2010 but only 1lb in the last week.
Any help would be apreciated
