So, here is the outline: I have went from 205 to 167-169, I plan to go down to 155. What should I be eating to stay "Healthy" even though I am at a -1000 calorie deficit? I am trying to get in vegetables/fruits, and I am getting my meats for sure. I am getting enough water (120 Fl Oz), I am off of Soft Drinks for good, I don't eat fast food, I have cut out basically all the bad stuff. Except 1 thing, poptarts (lol I know terrible, but I still stay on the deficit) so I am just wondering, what should I be aiming for to stay healthy, even though I am losing fat/weight?
I am going back to Boxing next week, lifting and running too starts back then. So, I am going to be burning a lot of calories in that.
