Thanks for the comments everyone. And the skipping was actually after not jump roping for a long time I need to get back into it more. I'm 20 years old still a little indecisive if I want to train for performance or aesthetics. After my PL comp I should know for sure.

the jump onto the pallets was the most impressive thing on the video for me...DAMN!

Granted you can do double unders, but there is no need to jump so high and/or bend at the knees. You should just be spinning slightly faster and bouncing an itty bitty higher if at all.

Your SQ technique looks pretty good overall. But get a decent belt if you plan on lifting seriously. Those belts with the narrow front suck for heavy squats or DL's.

Word, I bought it when I didn't know any better. Same with the wraps I only get about 20lbs out of those. I feel my technique is pretty good as well however my lower back is my weakness that I'm working on right now to maintain better arch.
