Neither, just keep lifting and progressing in your lifting, and keep eating well. Over time, you will transform.

Then again, I've never been one for the whole bulking and cutting idea.

It's hard to judge BF% from a pic, but I would reckon your in the 14% range. Thats just a ball park figure, + or - 1%. And thats good.

Any time I'm asking myself whether to bulk or cut, BULK is always the best answer. It'll be obvious to you when its time to cut.

You should read To Bulk or to Cut, That is the Question - or is it? (http://www.wannabebig.com/diet-and-nutrition/to-bulk-or-to-cut-that-is-the-question-or-is-it/) :)

yea 13-15% sounds alright to me i spose 18% ish is where i draw the line so got a few months of bulking left!!! much better than cutting :) gona give that article a read now but i get confused with the smaller details so eating alot then eating less is easier than a constant lol

Same here. I'm at about 17-18% now, so I'm almost ready to start cutting. I've tried the whole lean bulking thing, and maybe i'm doing it wrong, but it didn't work for me. So, I'm always either bulking or cutting.
Bulking I eat everything I want, and lift real heavy, and when bulking I only really focus on strength. If your getting stronger and stronger, size will come. Cutting, I eat a lot of whole foods, and add cardio, then switch to lower weight higher reps.
Bulking is always more fun though.

Keep bulking and lift heavy! You still have some size to go,your frame will hold it easy.

Clean bulk your way up..... There's some good stuff in the diet and nutrition section about what foods to eat and how many calories to add to your current diet in order to gain weight the proper way.

15 % .. later on youll be happier if you bulked up a bit more now

maybe 200 lbs would be good and do it clean (as long as you can see the outline of your abs)

and its still the dead of winter..

You should read To Bulk or to Cut, That is the Question - or is it?

Read this article!!! It is a good one, actually read it once then take about an hour and read it again...lots of solid info here!

Keep bulking. You look naturally lean so cutting will be a piece of cake.

Just read that article again sounds good but a bit confusing would it mean if you're bulking (or aiming to eat like someone bigger i mean) when you reach your target weight you would then become more lean as the calories would be maintenance as opposed to above?

Are you doing Squats and Deadlifts. If not you should be, your arms will go quickly if you are not yet squatting.
