View Full Version : Rocks getting serious!
Every saturday my father have decided to give me the amount of money I need to buy the food I need to eat to enter the bodybuilding world for real.
Now I am going to go on this semi cut, semi bulking diet that I am going to mix together, all the way to next december, when I am 18years old, and ready to enter the Norwegian Championchips class junior, A pro at the gym told me I had a good base and could make it with a good sound diet.
Now this is mainly what I will be eating
1/2 can of Tuna, and a bowl of oatmeal, and some fruit(to make me fruity)
school lunch 1/2 can of tuna smeared on 4 slices of bread
3-4 eggwhites, and a bowl of oatmeal(loads of light-milk)
Dinner, cant decide crap or giggels on this one
19.00 a litte tiny snacky type of oatmeal bowl with some milk
21.00 or more towards the 22.00 mark
4 slices of bread with random stuff, hopefully something tasty.
Well this is it, and pretty much what I can afford, Ah finally a freakin diet.
I have allready followed it for 2 days now, and I feel great.
just a notice, the dinner is usually ass big.

lol i have the same thing. my dad and my sister are often not there tho for dinner so then i can pretty much pick from what my mom is eating what i can use and add whatever.
I've been eating my parents out of house and home for the past 2 months. Our family (5 of us, mom, dad, 2 sisters) go through a gallon of milk a day. They only drink milk at dinner. . .
Sucks living with your parents, yet still paying your own living expenses. I have to buy my own tuna, milk, fruit (I wish I could just buy crates of apples), and veggies.
You're lucky your dad gives you cash for that. =P
Toxx, I must walk the dog 7 times a week and wash the dishes 7 times a week, so after two years of arguing with my father he finally has accpeted me for what I am, a bodybuilder to the bone.

That does sound like a good mix between bulking and cutting (basically staying steay with bodyfat and slowing moving muscle up). But what I'm wondering is how can you live off of that everyday? I only saw 5 things, tuna, outmeal, bread, milk, fruit. seems a bit bland and redundent to me.

BBers tend to live like this a lot. :)
Edit: Teenage BBers even more so. ;)

I'm a teenager and a bodybuilder but my diet consists of eggs, oats, milk, fruit, veggies, tuna, chicken, turkey, venison, cottage cheese occasionally some other stuff too, I don't know maybe I'm just obsessed with variety.
The dinner is my variety, and its usually tasty so I get by, anyways today was my first official day on the Diet, and I feel quite good.

rock that seems like not very many calories for a teenager
What sort of fats are in there?
You dont nescessarily need to count cals but track your weight and add fat (ie peanut butter, flax oil, etc.) and another meal

YOU EAT VENISON ON A REGULAR BASIS???

Is that bad or something? I eat tons of it, shot 3 big dear this year.
Doc, my bodyfat is in the 16-17% deparment so I gotta watch my step a little, and the dinner is usually very big, since my mother, father and sister loves to make big tasty dinners, often italian food.

Are you saying vension is fatty? I thought it had the protein of beef with like 1/4 the fat? Is that not correct?
05-05-2002, 09:19 PM
no, its just really expensive and rare, or so i assumed.

yo go hunting? SWEET, I wish my dad was a hunter, there's something so appealing about killing what you're going to eat later.

I agree with doc
looks like that's pretty low in cals, i would start out a bit higher and also add some healthy fats, if you cant get flax or natty pb, you could eat some whole eggs.

I didn't know what beef was until I was 12. Never had the stuff. Just venison, antelope, elk, wild turkey (not the beverage), caught fish and chicken.
When I first had beef, I nearly threw up (it was at school). too bad I got used to that fatty sweet taste of beef.
By the way, venison is much leaner than beef. about 1.3% fat in deer compared to 3% to 6 1/2% in beef (up to 20% in hamburger).
And if you want to go hunting, go. Just find someone who knows what they are doing first.
By the way, the diet sounds great, but I agree it's a bit bland.
