I was disappointeed when I was reading the list of ingredients in Kellogg's Raisin Bran. Didn't realize there was HFCS in raisin bran! :omg:

Not much fiber at all in corn flakes. Maybe you meant in raisin bran.

How high is corn flakes? cause i know ar egular baked potato and tofu ice cream are riduclously high...

Is there really any difference between HFCS and sugar? I haven't seen any study that shows one. I agree that HFCS is bad but it's probably no worse than the sugar that was already in there.
