Whats your pre-fight warmup?

If your at the point where you are fighting you should have your own routine down already. If not, your not ready to fight.

Before training i do a ton of static stretching for my hamstrings, hips, groin and some simple agility stuff like jump rope and side bends to loosen up my back to slip punches.
