yah i was wondering if you drink a lot of water if your stomach swells up a little. this seems to happen to me after i drink a couple bottles.

At your weight, yes your stomach should swell up a little. The amount of sodium (salt) you take in determines your amount of water retention you will have.

^^ LOL! I used to be 130 myself. And looking back, it feels great to be 170. Keep drinking that water and eating man, and you'll get to where you want to be.
