Hi people,
I am interested in seeing what your golden ratio's are in terms of your daily food intake so that I can find out what my own best intake would be.
I have used calculators online to figure out my own but I would love to see some real world examples.

1. What is your daily % intake of Fat, Carbs, Protein?
(eg. Fat 20/ Carbs 50/ Protein 30)
2. What is your Body Fat %?
(eg. 30% BF)
3. How much do you weigh?
(eg. 250 lbs)
4. What height are you?
(eg. 5'11)
5. What is you PAL level?
(eg. Moderately active)
