This was my second time doing speed bench with chains, I'm really starting to like them. I'm not able to train with the other guys on DE-Upper days, so I'm not getting any type of coaching. If anyone sees anything that I need to do, please feel free to tell me!!!! It's weird not hearing Johns voice telling me to belly up or heels down...haha

Thanks Marcus, I'm just gonna keep adding a little bit more weight everytime I do them. It looked alot faster then how it felt, I guess that's why i'm not making big jumps. It sucks there is knowone there to coach me and tell me if it's fast or not.

Funny you should mention that Brian, I found I was quicker than I thought on speed bench and max stuff as well once I saw the vids.
Better to be that way though.

Very nice work, the sets all look fast and well controlled!!

Looks good. Your last set did seem bit slower than the first; did you feel fatigued? How long did you take between sets?

Only thing I would do is Start pushing your leg drive as soon as the bar is in your hands. Everything else looks good.

Thanks Nick, I think thats why I decided to have it recorded so I can see the bar speed.

Thanks Mike, after watching it again I can see that it was slower. I don't think I was fatigued, but it's possible because that was my 12th set including my warm-ups. I probably rested about 1 min or so between sets. I'm use to having a 3 man rotation so when im by myself its hard for me to judge it.

Thanks Scott, I know that this is an issue with me on speed day. I'm pretty good about it on ME days. Thanks again!!!
