squats

leg press

3 sets of 740x12

I still don't have a belt for squats or deadlift. Im worried about going over 315 lbs with out one.



update your journal here, rather than starting new journals for every workout, lol..

by the way, what happened to all the old **** we used to do? squats and leg presses and that's it?

where are the stiff leg deads, the leg curls, leg extensions, lunges and front squats?
