I have lost quite a lot of weight - about 25kg - and now I have loose skin all over with the exception of my belly.

My question is should I lose more weight to get rid of the belly or eat more to build muscle to fill all the skin.


Please advise. Thank you.

75kg 171 cms b/f around 22%

Nice job on the weight loss, now it's time to gain some back. Keep eating right (just eat more) and lifting heavy and you'll do fine.

you say lift heavy, like 5 x 5 routine, max-ot, or maybe one of the routines from this forum. How about cardio? At the moment I am reading the article on whether to bulk or cut. Thanks for the advice.

Pick a routine and lift heavy. It doesn't matter. If you do 5x5 make sure it is hard. Don't just go through the motions.

Do whatever you want for cadio. It doesn't matter that much.
