I've been trying to make a decent very low carb stew, Im trying to cut my carbs to 20-30 a day for a few weeks and the carbs I do eat I want to be veggies mostly..

So far I haven't really made a good one? I searched google for a few..

* 1 pound or two of stew meat
* 4 celery stalks
* 2 med onions
* cup of frozen okra
* small bag of frozen mixed veggies
* whole can of diced tomatoes
* 1 64 oz. bottle of low sodium V8 or Tomato Juice
* 2 tablespoons of parsley
* 2 bay leaves
* 2 tablespoons of lite soy sauce
* 2 chicken broth cubes
* salt and pepper
* 2 cups of water

Was gonna try this one I can't imagine its high at all in carbs
