What are your thoughts on breaded chicken fingers? i make mine homemade and with less flour they come out great. Whip up some eggs cut strips of chicken breasts, let sit in egg for a few minutes coat in flour cook in pan with about 2 inches of canola oil. Throw some hotsauce or sauce of choice for added flavor. Im about 7 percent body fat so added calories dont hurt. let me know what u think

I don't know what your goals are, but if you are making them yourself you can really control the ingredients and make them a really healthy food.

Try coating them with panko bread crumbs, good stuff!

I make chicken cutlets all the time. Dip in flour, dredge in egg, dip in breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil on low/medium. Or use panko and bake.
