What kind of foods do you eat when you are craving sweets?

Also, what kind of food do you eat when you just need something to munch on for a few hours (ie during a game or something)?

If I crave sweets I usually remind myself of the 40g of dex I take after a workout

Dried Fruit is very good and tasty but its abit expensive in the shops, the best way is to dry your fruit out its self. Also when iam abit pekish and want to be healthy i always rob the baby's food :) ie: rusks or baby yogurts.

sugar free chocolate pops 45 cals a pop, also i find anytime i put a little apple in a protein shake im making it really sweetens it up... just a half apple ground up in the blender sweetens it

^ These + Peanut Butter Jelly time!

and for real, you can indulge yourself from time to time with a dessert. you're probably not competing or anything so like once or twice a month won't kill ya. self control FTW

Lately it's been homemade granola.

The thing is, when you make it, you have to eat all of it (which I have no trouble doing), otherwise it sits and occupies space in my cupboards.

Celery(spelling?) no calories
Peanuts and other nuts - lots of good fat and protein, careful if you are on a cut however
