Well everyone, Ive been lurking on the board for some time, and I guess its finally time to start a journal.

My max lifts as of October 09 and my current stats are all in my signature.

As far as goals, I started cutting down last Monday and I'm feeling pretty good. I want to get down to about 225 as there is a local strongman competition coming up in April and the middle-weight cut-off is 225. Ive overlooked some of the competitors in the gym and there pretty hoss-like so I know I'm gonna have to work my ass off. Around the end of March I will make the official decision if I'm gonna enter or not so............. I've got a long way to go, and a short time to get there. Hopefully its an anual thing.

Oh yeah, the thread title means, Today in the squat rack, in French.

Todays activites.

Breakfast, left-over double-cheeseburger, suprisingly high in protein and carbs.

Lunch, 10-15 chicken fingers baked of course.

Dinner, Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, corn.

Second dinner, Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes.

Lunges, well, I lost count.

Breakfast, 4 eggs and some bacon with milk of course

2nd breadfast, 2 slices of pizza

Lunch, baked chesseburger on wheat bread, YUK!!!!!!!

Dinner, baked pork chops and brocolli.

Routine: OFF

Breakfast: Wheaties fuel, extremely high in some good solid carbs.
Lunch: Baked Pizza and salad.
Dinner: Spaghetti.

As I said I'm cutting to 225 but i dont count my calories, I just watch the scale. If my bw goes up or stalls, I eat less.

I felt really crappy in the rack today. I think I exhausted myself on squats and one day of rest is not enough. So, next week Wenseday and Thursday will be off days.
