Band selections . Monster Mini vs Pro Light

Well i left one of the thick green bands out at the gym and im fully prepared to find that it disappeared shortly after i left. With that said, its time to order a replacement for it, and while im ordering, i may as well grab a couple extras for home use etc.

I was looking at band tensions on efs and they say the light pro band is 70, and the average pro band is 115, then it says the new monster minis are about 135. But it also says that the Monster mini is meant to bridge the gap between the light and average, which makes no sense.

can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Right now, I can't help you. I haven't incorporated bands into my training yet. But I am going to be purchasing the combo pack...

yeah that may be a slightly better place for it. its not a huge deal, if i go combo pack i'll have a few to replace the one i left out, and then ahve some for home work or to take on vacation.
