I popped something in my left arm (brachialis perhaps?) the last time I deadlifted. I had some minor bruising, but it feels much better. Anyway, as a consequence I am taking a few weeks off of pulling so I decided to do some "power" good mornings. They are a hybrid of a squat and GM. I worked up to 495 lbs x 3 which felt pretty good.

Good Lift Chris I been doing like a seated good morning and then squat off a bench fries my lower back

Great work Chris, that zercher/front squat harness would be great to keep your deadlift up as well

WOW Chris that is very impressive!!! Great lifting bro I hope your bicept heal up quick. I messed my lower back up a week ago. I took a week off and went to squat yeasterday it felt really soar and tight so I went light and did some light summo DL today. Figure I'll take my time and let things get better before pushing my lower back too much.
