Hey guys, I haven't been around in a while, and I need some honesty and information from you guys...

I have been working, and going to school, and haven't been watching my weight....I quit working out, and got freaking lazy.....I am now, 6'2" 290.....I was down to 215....I know, packed on a lot of pounds....This was over about a 2 year span....

I need to know what steps to take first to get me back on the right track....I am now going to the gym everyday again, and wanting to know what diet and nutritional facts to follow....

Any help is appreciated guys!!

Eat less than what you did to get to 290lbs. Cut your calories by 300 for the first couple weeks, hit the weights and cardio hard and go from there. When you stop losing, cut your calories down another 300.
