I didn't have any baking powder so I tried it with just the three ingredients, and the end result was this spongy treat. But it wasn't really a treat. It had no taste and was kinda dry.

How important is the baking powder? And what about milk instead of water?

I tried it and it was spongy but I think thats because it was made in the microwave. I only had vanilla whey protein so next time I'd like to try chocolate. I'll experiment with it. Thanks for the great idea.

Its good. But I would add a few dashes of salt. Much improved that way.

Spongy with not enough taste. Next time I'll thrown in about 5 packets of splenda to give it some sweetness.
