DrDudley-Robey - 600 @ 178 4 board Bench Press 2-4-10

I am posting this for DrDudley-Robey as he is having some problems with the youtube embedding.



After a cycle of raw board work, last night was my second work-out back in a Kitana at the Hog Pit in Bakersfield, CA with Ken Wheeler and the guys. It was very sloppy but the 600 @178 is a PR for me. Now time to work on cleaning it up, working the boards down and hitting it!
