It's been a while since I posted here. Here are a few videos training for the March 20th USAPL Meet at the RMLC in Denver. Pretty good workout considering I did not feel like benching today.

Thanks Scott. My meet PR is 501 done last May.

You made that 485 x 2 look easy. I bet you'll hit at least 515 in your next meet.

Thanks man. I will definitely try to improve from 501 to something more. I hate calling out numbers because I am superstitious, lol.

By the way, I see that you live in South Carolina. That's my home state, and I lived in Georgetown. It's not too far away from Sumter.

Seriously though nice lifting. We don't use Westside any more I was just harassing you a little. We use Big Iron training.

SoCo Barbell now has 3 #400 + raw benchers 1 more real close and another knocking at #500 who's going equipped. We have a great crew right now and you're always welcome.
