I have started these. There pretty intense.

I HAVE BEEN DOING DUMBELL SWING PULL THORUGHS ON MY SQUAT AND PULL DAY AND dUMBELL CLEAN AND JERKS ON MY BENCH DAY. IM NOT SURE HOW MUCH THEY WILL HELP IN THE WEIGHT LOSS.

ANY ONE DOING THEM AND LOSSING WEIGHT?

IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE THE ARE A HIGH INTENSE CARDIO TOOL. BASICALLY 20 SECOND ON 10 SECONDS REST 8 TIMES IN A ROW.

I haven't been doing them religiously like the rest of my workout, but I do them from time to time. I do bag work with jump rope when I just absolutely can't get to the gym on time or at all.

I do them a couple of times a week - either front squats or thrusters. I don't have a scale so I'm not sure if I've lost any weight, but I have noticed a bit of fat loss without any changes to my diet.

Just started them today. Did KB clean and presses for two rounds. Definitely a great way to end a workout.

I do them all the time and have noticed some good weight loss. I'll continue them even while I'm on a little bit of a bulk. I like the conditioning work.

Yup :). My clients and myself all do tabata. I must count through at least 20 tabata rounds a day lol!

I do on occasion... does the next day soreness from thrusters ever subside?

I did em a little on the rower. But I need to get back into em... Too chubby.

Started it last week doing burpees. Down 6 pounds already with some carb rotation days in there too.

What is a Burpee?

Quick and dirty: do a push up then jump in the air, repeat.

For those of you performing Tabata intervals, how often are you doing them each week?

Ugh, we had to do those in college for conditioning. 45 seconds and I was toast. We had to clap our hands straight overhead on the jump...oh how I hated the sound of clapping...

I'm probably going to start doing these more often. I'm happy with where I'm at but a little bodyfat shed while continuing to gain some weight would be nice... And if that doesn't work (and really, it probably won't) I like the quick conditioning work!
