2 slices of low carb bread (180 cal)
2 slices of low fat cheese (170 cal)
3 egg whites (51 cal)

1 tub of yoghurt

im cutting, so i dont wana add any more calories.. i could do with more protein, but im geting some whey soon so that should be fine... just carbs.. i duno what i can eat to jack up the carb count.. isnt rice or pasta a no-no when cutting.. but this seems to be the only thing i can thing of.. any help would be great

Wow...carbs are real low. I eat brown rice or whole wheat pasta on a cutting diet, works just fine.

Yeah, I'd drop about 15-20 grams of fat and add about 50-75 more grams of carbs. Your meals also don't seem too well balanced, like one meal will have tons of protein and not much fat of carb and another meal will have lots of fats and carbs but not much protein, try to even those out a little more. Other than that looks good :D

hrrm.. i doubble checked some of the nutrition info.. and chevapi dont have that much fat, and nor does the chicken i have, i just got the rough figures from fitday.com so the fat level is more like 55-60g

ok, ive added 100g of pasta into the diet and taken away some things.. here it is..

to me that looks about right, fat seems a lil low though.. just lookin for another opinion though.. :)
im geting my hands on some whey next week, so ill add that to my diet soon..

Revision looks good to me, although I'd try and up the fat to around 20% maybe.

Tablespoon or 2 of natural peanut butter somewhere would be great I think.
