Things are going well this cycle squat wise. Heres a vid of my top set of 640 for 5.

I have a question about this set. I hope this won't be taken as a criticism of the set. It's not. That's just amazing to see 5x640 raw handled in a way that makes it look like no big deal. I'm asking this because I'm still rather new to lifting (around 20 months).

Anyway, the question-- how is depth on those? Are those dipping below parallel and it is either my poorly trained eye that wonders if they are high? Or are they not quite below parallel by design, perhaps because Scott Yard competes with gear? If anyone can set me straight about what's going on with depth on those, I'd really appreciate it.

Again, the set is amazing and I can't do anything close to that. I'm really just hoping to learn something here.

I dont worry about breaking paralell. Training unequipped is hard enough. I have my guy call me just at paralell in the gym. I dont believe in ATG squats or whatever the hot slang is for that month.

Come meet day things are different and I will have him call me just barely breaking.
