Hey, what do you guys think of my deadlift? Is my back and form all right? All thoughts and comments appreciated.

Form looks ok I guess, but not brilliant. The main thing would be the slight lower back rounding, but this can be hard to avoid at heavier weights. I'm a big advocate for glute activation, it's helped me tremendously in my lifts. All I do is a few sets of glute bridges at the beginning of my workout, and static glute squeezes before sets of squats and deads (basically squeeze your glutes as hard as you can for 5-10 seconds). Also stretch your hip flexors.

are you squatting sumo style? if not then you hands belong on outside of you legs.
if you are doing sumo style then you need to fix your form, study some vids online for proper sumo form.

the vid is very grainy so hard to tell for sure, but looks like your back loses form half way thru.
