The stone work was awesome (it all was), didn't look as if it took much out of you at all, or you could be a hell of an actor!

What footwear are you using in the floor press, dlift vid? are they vibram fivefingers, or something else (I have a couple pairs but yours look very different)? If they're just snazzy socks, spare my embarassment and don't reply!!

My weight in this video was only around 220 lbs which is fairly average for me now. I am currently working to put on some size for an upcoming contest though.

I really pushed things at the end of last week with some heavy squats, deadlifts, and pressing.

You are a man beast and damn lean too for being that strong. How do you do it? What is your daily diet like?
