good lifts man. bench looked real easy for ya. looked like you were leaning a little right on squat and straight legged a large portion of the dead...but just being picky though. congrats on the lifts man

Yeah I have a hard time keeping the bar level, but this was way better than my last meet.

As for deadlift, I think my legs are just a smidge too close. We'll see.

I just turned 21 btw.

You have a really good bench set up and arch prior to your lift off, but seem to lose quite a bit of it on the unrack. If you could keep that, you really will up your bench. I need to work on this too.

All your lifts look good man. The only thing that stuck out to me is that your feet are really close on the DL, but you already made that observation on your own. Nice work.

Hazer,
Good, clean lifting bro... You've got a strong DL man!

600 is in your grasp!

Nice lifts, I did that meet too. Bench and deads looked good, I see a lot of guys pull conventional with a really narrow stance so that might not really be an issue. On the squat it looked like your right knee started to come in a bit, but it was a max effort lift so it happens.

Oh woah you're right. I'll work on this.

were these at the raw challenge, summer bash, or state.... ?

your bench started with a good set-up but as soon as you took the weight you flattened out.... that and your feet are tucked so far under you there's no way you are getting much leg drive...

either way keep pushing, hopefully I'll see you at state
