Dips 3 X 15reps BW(215)= 9675 workload
BB Curls 3 X 15 X 50lbs 2250 workload
Donkey Calf raise 3 X 15 X 200lbs 9000 work load


Notes 7 hours later still a feel full and pumped!

Does workload really matter? Just wondering why you had it there.

But Im up to 222lbs 6 weeks later and feeling huge once again.
