I have been posting my training on another site but here seems to be a better fit. I've been using Jim Wendler's 5/3/1. It is basic and I like that. Every time I touch a barbell I'm stronger and that is motivating. Right now I'm getting ready for a tactical strength challenge. Its a max DL, max set of pullups and a 5 min snatch test. In sept I pulled 405, 22 pullups and 100 snatches. Here's yesterdays training:
