Over the last few months I've lost a good amount of weight and have lost alot of my gains due to laziness and lack of determination. Totally my fault making excuses after work that i was too tired or wasn't feeling like it. This is my new start and I'm celebrating this rebirth of of the love for lifting with a Bako Shake which is going to be in my diet for a while until i reach my goal.
Hopefully starting this journal will give me something to look forward too and motivate me to lift.

I will update this journal everyday I lift and some off days. Feedback would be much appriciated.
I've dropped down to 160 again and not quite sure what my max's are anymore which i will keep off of here for now due to embarrassment lol.

Lift went well tonight, did some leg exercises and some lower back exercises. good energy and bako shake was a great way to end the night. hopefully i increase on lifts on friday
