Which ethnicity or culture has the healthiest cuisine? I always used to think that Asians had a healthy cuisine (well, I guess I thought the Chinese did) and it turns out that many Asian foods aren't all that healthy...although I think Japanese is supposed to be pretty good.

Well...does anyone know or have personal experiences?

Yeah I would say asian, stir fried veggies with chicken and some brown rice, how is that not healthy?

JAPANESE is good.

The problem with most take away and restaurant food is that where you I cooking would use a pinch of salt and a dash of oil, the restaurant uses a handful of salt and a cup of oil or so.

You dont eat out to be healthy, you eat out for taste.

I was just saying some things like fried rice and fried chow mein are supposed to be heavy in oil cuz that's what they're cooked in and all...besides, I don't have Chinese so I can eat the vegetables.

Shocker is so right. Like, sometimes I'm getting cravings for just something really tasty but those things can really **** up your diet if you get into a habit.
