Hey guys...

Lately I've been experiencing some pain in my wrist, elbow, and my knee. I use more of a powerlifting routine, so I am guessing it's starting to take a toll. Are there any supplements that are considered a "must have" for joint support? I eat tons of fish so I know I'm getting the omega 3's. Any advice will be appreciated...

Even if you are eating "tons" of fish you would still benefit from supplementing wish fish oil just like everybody else. I only 17 so my joints are too beat up yet, but glucosamine is supposed to help. If your not foam rolling it might be a good idea to start.

Try our product ETS once we get it back in stock. It aids recovery and helps with joint pain.

Don't overlook the ETS, or microlactin on its own. You will feel a significant difference in no longer than a week after starting supplementation.

I'd hold off for glucosamine for now, it supposedly greatly increases chances for cataracts. That's why Atlarge doesn't have a glucosamine supplement.

I've always been told to use cod liver oil for joints?

eating lots of fish is not enough, still you can get more benefits when you take fish oil supplements. glucosamine also helps.

Cissus Quadrangularis has always done wonders for me. Much more so than the old standbys of glucosamine and chondroiton.

does glucosamine help? ive taken it for months at a time with no noticeable change in anything. Fish oil seems to help...its hard to guage but in general i dont have too much inflammation issues. If anything i would at least take the fish oil...maybe the double the dose.

And keep in mind this stuff takes a bit to build up in the system before you will notice any effects.
