Ok guys I am new to powerlifting. My progress so far has been great. I am weighing in around 310 to 315. My question is can i cut to 275 without losing what i've gained and be able to keep gaining. Also what would my diet need to look like for this to happen. I havent really cleaned my diet much at all if this helps. thanks.

1) Everyone is going to tell you to read the stickies first

2) No one can tell you what will work for you, but you. It is a process of trial-and-error and finding out what works well and doesn't work well for your body. The information in the stickies will give you a good basis of how to start out.

3) Also, the information you provided us with is very vague, so others probably won't be able to help out much either. I would say you answered one of your own questions, cleaning up your diet will show improvements right off the bat. For starters, you may want to track your caloric intake and macronutrient breakdown on sites such as Fitday for a week and then gauge where you're at.
