Lunch
5 oz chicken breast
1 cup instant brown rice
1 banana

Mid pm:
1 fish oil cap
package of tuna or salmon
peanuts

Dinner
5 oz chicken breast
bowl of spinach
side of veggies

Pre-bedtime:
1 cup cottage cheese
nitrean/milk

Let me know!

Food selections look fine. What's the total calories and macro breakown?

keeping crabs 70g < has worked good for me, CKD / TKD diet would be ideal but if you cant do just shoot for 70<

Using fitday.com i estimated just under 2400 cals (give or take). I think the macro breakdown was something around this ratio: 20% carbs 45% protein 35% fat.

I'll be working out M-W-F, cardio on Tues./Thurs. I also play golf and mountain bike on the weekends

My only source of complex carbs come in the morning and with lunch. They equal about 65grams with the rest coming from fruits, veggies, and post workout carbs (applesauce). On weekends and days I do not lift I cut out the rice and just have oats in the am.
