i just want to make sure im doing it right. i lift on monday wednesday friday, and do 30 mins of cardio or HIIT on tuesday thursday and saturday and then take sunday off completely. so in that scenario i would do this:

Sunday:high carb 40% of daily calories
Monday:low carb 20% daily calories (majority after workout)
Tuesday:no carb 5% or less
Wednesday:high carb
Thursday:low carb (again after workout majority)
Friday:no carb
Saturday:no carb
