I train westside and this will be my first time carb cycling my goal is to drop bf% while retaining or even gaining strength. How does it look?

Tues-DE Upper-Moderate carb
Wed-off Low carb

Not entirely sure, but since DE upperbody is suppose to be high volume, would you not need a fair ammount of carbs for that?

I usually find that even if my high carb day is the day before, it seems to carry over enough into DE upper that I feel fine enough to get through the workout. Nothing a little caffeine can't fix.
I will say, powerlifting on carb rotation can be rather difficult and complicated to maintain with the heavy lifting and such. I found as I get farther down a training cycle, the low carb days seem to inhibit my recovery. I just don't like the way I feel.
Adjusting rather my carb timing throughout the day (more in the morning, none later in the evening) as well as calculating my caloric intake vs. expense, was more effective.
