Well this is day 1 of my SS programme I am 49 male and not been in a gym for 20 years apart from some cardio and a couple of training sessions with a friend who has shown me the basic lifts and how to perform them.

My starting poiints are

Weight 184 pounds---------------------Goal>>>>>200 pounds

Maintenance Cals = 2400 daily -----Goal >>>>3000 daily

Diet: Clean

height 5-10

Supps : Whey protein shakes x 2 = 40 grams
creatine mono = 5 grams per day

Lifts :

Short term goals

Bench : 121 -5 reps--------------------Goal>>>>>>>>150

Squat 170 -5 reps-------------------Goal>>>>>>>>>200

Deadlifts 220 - 5 reps---------------Goal>>>>>>>>>250
