Way back in the day, I had a journal on this site and found it extremely helpful. So, I'm going to give it a go again.

I've always been pretty lean -- I stand at about 6'1, 160-165 pounds and 10ish percent bodyfat. I've been working out on and off for about 7-8 years.

I've been back at the gym for about 3 weeks now...I plan on posting every workout. Would love any and all feedback.

So, today I did back...

WIDE GRIP CABLE PULL DOWN:
6x110
4x125
3x 125 then super set 8x80

DUMBBELL SHRUGS:
10x45
6x60
3x70 then super set 8x30

SEATED ROW NARROW GRIP
3 sets, but the numbers escape me

i also did a 5 min warm-up (I ran about .45 of a mile)

and did a 5 min cool down.

hiked and played basketball yesterday, but no weights.
