this was my last set today on week two of 5/3/1 i had to pull 3+ well i did 9 let me know what you think about my technique. thanks again all

Good effort. Hips really shooting up a lot. Might be starting them too low. Experiment with that a tad.

Strong lifting. I love the walk away. I'm no where near that strong, but that is the walk of a man who is putting 110% into his lifting.

Thanks for the motivation. I always try to give it my all in the gym no matter how my day is going. The gym is my home and i believe no one tells me how to do **** in my own house!

Looked real strong.

I'm starting 5-3-1 soon. Was that your final set with 90% of your max?
