So...where's the REST of the nutritional info?

The grilled one might actually be good. Probably try making some at home using real chicken instead of whatever the hell they use.

Two of those? That's like 120% daily value of sodium for a typical person.

100 bucks says that thing is only like 3 inches long and 2 inches wide. it does look good, but thats the last friggin thing this country needs

That looks SO salty. I'd probably puke if I took a bite.

I've been hearing more and more about this so I decided to try making my own healthier version with real food.

Grilled some chicken breasts on hickory charcoal, split them, added bacon, lettuce, and colby jack cheese. They were god damned glorious and came in at about 400 kCal and about 70g of protein each.

Mmmmm, nothing like processed foods!

im going in between KFC's and Vikingwarlord... not going as all out as he did.. cause i am LAZY

griled some chicken breasts just past the point of being raw.. then sprinkle some mozzarella and cheddar jack cheese on two peices and let that melt together. Then i have the precooked bacon strips (they were on sale and i dont cook bacon that much.. so what the hell) (can i grill bacon?) put the bacon strips on the chicken sangwich let it heat up a bit more then sandwich them bitches.

Actually at this point i took each breast pop it on one peice of toast each (dont sandwich em) throw on some light mayo and a ton of spinach and actually come away full

Seen this in a few other forums. Truly a marvel of food science engineering.
